اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا
Allahumma innee as-aluka khayraha wa-a'oothu bika min sharriha.
O Allah, I ask You for its good, and I seek refuge in You from its evil.

When the wind blows
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا فِيهَا، وَخَيْرَ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ، وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا فِيهَا، وَشَرِّ مَا أُرْسِلَتْ بِهِ
Allahumma innee as-aluka khayraha wakhayra ma feeha, wakhayra ma orsilat bih, wa-a'oothu bika min sharriha, washarri ma feeha washarri ma orsilat bih.
O Allah, I ask You for its good, the good within it and the good it was sent with, and I seek refuge in You from its evil, the evil within it and the evil it was sent with.

When it thunders
سُبْحَانَ الَّذِي يُسَبِّحُ الرَّعْدُ بِحَمْدِهِ وَالْمَلاَئِكةُ مِنْ خِيفَتِهِ
Subhanal-lathee yusabbihur-ra'du bihamdih, walmala-ikatu min kheefatih.
Glory be to Him whom the thunder glorifies with His praise, and the angels out of awe of Him.

Asking for rain
اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِنَا غَيْثاً مُغِيثاً مَرِيئاً مَرِيعاً، نَافِعاً غَيْرَ ضَارٍّ، عَاجِلاً غَيْرَ آجِلٍ
Allahummas-qina ghaythan mugheethan maree-an muree'an, nafi'an, ghayra dar, 'ajilan ghayra ajil.
O Allah, send us relieving, wholesome and fruitful rain, beneficial and not harmful, now and not later.

اللَّهُمَّ أَغِثْنَا، اللَّهُمَّ أَغِثْنَا، اللَّهُمَّ أَغِثْنَا
Allahumma aghithna, allahumma aghithna, allahumma aghithna.
O Allah, relieve us; O Allah, relieve us; O Allah, relieve us.

Asking for rain
اللَّهُمَّ اسْقِ عِبَادَكَ، وَبَهَائِمَكَ، وَانْشُرْ رَحْمَتَكَ، وَأَحْيِي بَلَدَكَ الْمَيِّتَ
Allahummas-qi 'ibadak, wabaha-imak, wanshur rahmatak, wa-ahyi baladakal-mayyit.
O Allah, give water to Your servants and Your livestock, spread Your mercy, and revive Your dead land.

اللَّهُمَّ صَيِّباً نَافِعاً
Allahumma sayyiban nafi'a.
O Allah, a beneficial downpour.

After rain
مُطِرْنَا بِفَضْلِ اللَّهِ وَرَحْمَتِهِ
Mutirna bifadlil-lahi warahmatih.
We have been given rain by the grace and mercy of Allah.

Asking for the rain to stop
اللَّهُمَّ حَوَالَيْنَا وَلاَ عَلَيْنَا، اللَّهُمَّ عَلَى الآكَامِ وَالظِّرَابِ، وَبُطُونِ الْأَوْدِيَةِ، وَمَنَابِتِ الشَّجَرِ
Allahumma hawalayna wala 'alayna, allahumma 'alal-akami waththirab, wabutoonil-awdiyah, wamanabitish-shajar.
O Allah, let it fall around us and not upon us. O Allah, let it fall on the hills, the mountains, the valley beds and the places where trees grow.

On sighting the new moon
اللَّهُ أَكْبَرُ، اللَّهُمَّ أَهِلَّهُ عَلَيْنَا بِالْأَمْنِ وَالْإِيمَانِ، وَالسَّلاَمَةِ وَالْإِسْلاَمِ، وَالتَّوْفِيقِ لِمَا تُحِبُّ رَبَّنَا وَتَرْضَى، رَبُّنَا وَرَبُّكَ اللَّهُ
Allahu akbar, allahumma ahillahu 'alayna bil-amni wal-eeman, wassalamati wal-islam, wattawfeeiqi lima tuhibbu watarda, rabbuna warabbukal-lah.
Allah is the Greatest. O Allah, bring it over us with security and faith, safety and Islam, and success in what You love and are pleased with, our Lord. Our Lord and your Lord is Allah.
