Allahumma ba'id baynee wabayna khatayaya kama ba'adta baynal-mashriqi walmaghrib, allahumma naqqinee min khatayaya kama yunaqqath-thawbul-abyadu minad-danas, allahummagh-silnee min khatayaya biththalji walma'i walbarad.
O Allah, distance me from my sins as You have distanced the east from the west. O Allah, purify me of my sins as a white garment is purified of dirt. O Allah, wash away my sins with snow, water and hail.
Wajjahtu wajhiya lillathee fataras-samawati wal-arda haneefan wama ana minal-mushrikeen, inna salatee wanusukee wamahyaya wamamatee lillahi rabbil-'alameen, la shareeka lahu wabithalika omirtu wa-ana minal-muslimeen. Allahumma antal-maliku la ilaha illa ant. anta rabbee wa-ana 'abduk, thalamtu nafsee wa'taraftu bithanbee faghfir lee thunoobee jamee'an innahu la yaghfiruth-thunooba illa ant.wahdinee li-ahsanil-akhlaqi la yahdee li-ahsaniha illa ant, wasrif 'annee sayyi-aha la yasrifu 'annee sayyi-aha illa ant, labbayka wasa'dayk, walkhayru kulluhu biyadayk, washsharru laysa ilayk, ana bika wa-ilayk, tabarakta wata'alayt, astaghfiruka wa-atoobu ilayk.
I have turned my face towards Him who created the heavens and the earth, upright, and I am not of those who associate others with Allah. My prayer, my sacrifice, my life and my death are for Allah, Lord of the worlds; He has no partner, with this I have been commanded, and I am of the Muslims. O Allah, You are the King, none has the right to be worshipped except You. You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I have wronged myself and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me all my sins, for none forgives sins except You. Guide me to the best of character, for none guides to it except You, and turn away from me its evil, for none turns it away except You. Here I am at Your service, all good is in Your hands and evil is not attributed to You. I exist by You and return to You; blessed and exalted are You. I seek Your forgiveness and repent to You.
O Allah, Lord of Jibril, Mika'il and Israfil, Creator of the heavens and the earth, Knower of the unseen and the seen: You judge between Your servants in what they differ. Guide me, by Your leave, to the truth in what is disputed; indeed You guide whom You will to a straight path.
Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest. Much praise is for Allah, much praise is for Allah, much praise is for Allah. Glory be to Allah morning and evening, glory be to Allah morning and evening, glory be to Allah morning and evening. I seek refuge in Allah from the devil: from his pride, his poetry and his madness.
Allahumma lakal-hamd anta noorus-samawati wal-ardi waman feehin, walakal-hamd, anta qayyimus-samawati walardi waman feehin, [walakal-hamd, anta rabbus-samawati walardi waman feehin], [walakal-hamd, laka mulkus-samawati walardi waman feehin] [walakal-hamd, anta malikus-samawati walard] [walakal-hamd] [antal-haq, wawa'dukal-haq, waqawlukal-haq, waliqa-okal-haq, waljannatu haq wannaru haq, wannabiyyoona haq, wa Muhammadun haq, wassa'atu haq] [allahumma laka aslamt, wa'alayka tawakkalt, wabika amant, wa-ilayka anabt, wabika khasamt, wa-ilayka hakamt, faghfir lee ma qaddamt, wama akhkhart, wama asrart, wama a'lant] [antal-muqaddim, wa-antal-mu-akhkhir, la ilaha illa ant] [anta ilahee la ilaha illa ant .
O Allah, to You belongs all praise; You are the Light of the heavens and the earth and all within them. To You belongs all praise; You are the Sustainer of the heavens and the earth and all within them. To You belongs all praise; You are the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all within them. To You belongs all praise; Yours is the dominion of the heavens and the earth and all within them. To You belongs all praise; You are the King of the heavens and the earth. To You belongs all praise. You are the Truth, Your promise is true, Your word is true, the meeting with You is true, Paradise is true, the Fire is true, the prophets are true, Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) is true, and the Hour is true. O Allah, to You I have submitted, in You I have placed my trust, in You I have believed, to You I have turned in repentance, by You I have disputed, and to You I have turned for judgement. So forgive me what I have done before and what I will do after, what I have kept secret and what I have made public, and what You know better than I. You are the One who brings forward and the One who defers; none has the right to be worshipped except You. You are my God, none has the right to be worshipped except You, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.
O Allah, to You I have bowed, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My hearing, my sight, my mind, my bones, my sinews and whatever my feet carry are humbled before You.
Mil-as-samawati wamil-al-ard, wama baynahuma, wamil'a ma shi'ta min shay-in ba'd, ahlath-thana-i walmajd, ahaqqu ma qalal-'abd, wakulluna laka 'abd. Allahumma la mani'a lima a'tayt, wala mu'tiya lima mana't, wala yanfa'u thal-jaddi minkal-jad.
Praise that fills the heavens and fills the earth and whatever is between them, and fills whatever else You will. O Possessor of praise and majesty, this is the truest thing a servant can say, and all of us are Your servants. O Allah, none can withhold what You give and none can give what You withhold, and the fortune of the fortunate avails nothing against You.
O Allah, to You I have prostrated, in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted. My face has prostrated to the One who created it and fashioned it, and gave it hearing and sight. Blessed is Allah, the best of creators.
Allahumma innee a'oothu biridaka min sakhatik, wa-bimu'afatika min 'uqoobatik, wa-a'oothu bika mink, la ohsee thana-an 'alayk, anta kama athnayta 'ala nafsik.
O Allah, I seek refuge in Your pleasure from Your anger, in Your pardon from Your punishment, and I seek refuge in You from You. I cannot enumerate Your praise; You are as You have praised Yourself.
Allahummak-tub lee biha 'indaka ajra, wada' 'annee biha wizra, waj'alha lee 'indaka thukhra, wataqabbalha minnee kama taqabbaltaha min 'abdika Dawood.
O Allah, record for me a reward with You for it, remove from me a burden by it, store it for me with You, and accept it from me as You accepted it from Your servant Dawud.
Attahiyyatu lillahi wassalawatu wattayyibat, assalamu 'alayka ayyuhan-nabiyyu warahmatul-lahi wabarakatuh, assalamu 'alayna wa'ala 'ibadil-lahis-saliheen. Ash-hadu an la ilaha illal-lah, wa-ashhadu anna Muhammadan 'abduhu warasooluh.
All greetings, prayers and good things are for Allah. Peace be upon you, O Prophet, and the mercy of Allah and His blessings. Peace be upon us and upon the righteous servants of Allah. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshipped except Allah, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His servant and Messenger.
Allahumma salli 'ala Muhammad, wa-'ala ali Muhammad, kama sallayta 'ala Ibraheema wa-'ala ali Ibraheem, innaka Hameedun Majeed, allahumma barik 'ala Muhammad, wa-'ala ali Muhammad, kama barakta 'ala Ibraheema wa-'ala ali Ibraheem, innaka Hameedun Majeed.
O Allah, send prayers upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent prayers upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious. O Allah, send blessings upon Muhammad and upon the family of Muhammad, as You sent blessings upon Ibrahim and upon the family of Ibrahim; indeed You are Praiseworthy, Glorious.

O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, from the punishment of Hell, from the trials of life and death, and from the evil of the trial of the false messiah (al-Masih ad-Dajjal).
Allahumma innee a'oothu bika min 'athabil-qabr, wa-a'oothu bika min fitnatil-maseehid-dajjal, wa-a'oothu bika min fitnatil-mahya walmamat. Allahumma innee a'oothu bika minal-ma'thami walmaghram.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from the punishment of the grave, I seek refuge in You from the trial of the false messiah, and I seek refuge in You from the trials of life and death. O Allah, I seek refuge in You from sin and debt.
Allahumma innee thalamtu nafsee thulman katheeran wala yaghfiruth-thunooba illa ant, faghfir lee maghfiratan min 'indik warhamnee, innaka antal-Ghafoorur-Raheem.
O Allah, I have wronged myself greatly, and none forgives sins except You; so grant me forgiveness from You and have mercy on me. Indeed You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Allahummagh-fir lee ma qaddamtu, wama akhkhart, wama asrartu wama a'lant, wama asraftt, wama anta a'lamu bihi minnee, antal-muqaddimu wa-antal-mu-akhkhiru la ilaha illa ant.
O Allah, forgive me what I have done before and what I will do after, what I have kept secret and what I have made public, where I have exceeded the limits, and what You know better than I. You are the One who brings forward and the One who defers; none has the right to be worshipped except You.
O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You well.
VirtueThe Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said to Mu'adh: O Mu'adh, by Allah I love you, so never leave off saying at the end of every prayer: O Allah, help me to remember You, to thank You, and to worship You well.
Allahumma innee a'oothu bika minal-bukhl, wa-a'oothu bika minal-jubn, wa-a'oothu bika min an oradda ila arthalil- 'umur, wa-a'oothu bika min fitnatid-dunya wa'athabil-qabr.
O Allah, I seek refuge in You from miserliness, I seek refuge in You from cowardice, I seek refuge in You from being returned to the most feeble old age, and I seek refuge in You from the trial of this world and the punishment of the grave.
O Allah, by Your knowledge of the unseen and Your power over creation, keep me alive as long as You know life to be good for me, and take my soul when You know death to be better for me. O Allah, I ask You for fear of You in secret and in public, I ask You for the word of truth in contentment and in anger, I ask You for moderation in wealth and in poverty, I ask You for bliss that never ends, I ask You for delight that never ceases, I ask You for contentment after the decree, I ask You for a pleasant life after death, I ask You for the delight of gazing upon Your Face and the longing to meet You, without harmful distress or misleading trial. O Allah, adorn us with the adornment of faith, and make us guides who are rightly guided.
Allahumma innee as-aluka ya Allah bi-annakal-wahidul-ahadus-samad, allathee lam yalid walam yoolad, walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad, an taghfira lee thunoobee innaka antal-Ghafoorur-Raheem.
O Allah, I ask You, O Allah, as You are the One, the Only, the Eternal Refuge, who neither begets nor is begotten, and to whom there is none comparable, that You forgive me my sins; indeed You are the Forgiving, the Merciful.
Allahumma innee as-aluka bianna lakal-hamd, la ilaha illa ant wahdaka la shareeka lak, almannan, ya badee'as-samawati wal-ard, ya thal-jalali wal-ikram, ya hayyu ya qayyoom, innee as-alukal-jannah, wa-a'oothu bika minan-nar.
O Allah, I ask You, for to You belongs all praise; none has the right to be worshipped except You, alone, without partner, the Bestower. O Originator of the heavens and the earth, O Possessor of majesty and honour, O Ever-Living, O Self-Sustaining: I ask You for Paradise and I seek refuge in You from the Fire.
Allahumma inne as-aluka biannee ashhadu annaka antal-lah, la ilaha illa ant, al-ahadus-samad, allathee lam yalid walam yoolad walam yakun lahu kufuwan ahad.
O Allah, I ask You, as I bear witness that You are Allah, none has the right to be worshipped except You, the One, the Eternal Refuge, who neither begets nor is begotten, and to whom there is none comparable.
Allahumma innee astakheeruka bi'ilmik, wa-astaqdiruka biqudratik, wa-as'aluka min fadlikal-'atheem, fa-innaka taqdiru wala aqdir, wata'lamu wala a'lam, wa-anta 'allamul-ghuyoob. Allahumma in kunta ta'lamu anna hathal-amra (name your need) khayrun lee fee deenee wama'ashee wa'aqibati amree, 'ajilihi wa-ajilih, faqdurhu lee wayassirhu lee thumma barik lee feeh. Wa-in kunta ta'lamu anna hathal-amra sharrun lee fee deenee wama'ashee wa'aqibati amree, 'ajilihi wa-ajilih, fasrifhu 'annee wasrifnee 'anhu, waqdur liyal-khayra haythu kan, thumma ardinee bih.
O Allah, I seek Your guidance by Your knowledge, I seek ability by Your power, and I ask You of Your great bounty; for You are able and I am not, You know and I do not, and You are the Knower of the unseen. O Allah, if You know that this matter (name your need) is good for me in my religion, my livelihood and the outcome of my affairs, in the near and the far term, then decree it for me, make it easy for me, and bless me in it. And if You know that this matter is bad for me in my religion, my livelihood and the outcome of my affairs, in the near and the far term, then turn it away from me and turn me away from it, decree for me what is good wherever it may be, and make me content with it.
NoteWhen you intend a matter, pray two voluntary units of prayer and then say this supplication. Whoever seeks guidance from the Creator, consults the believers, and acts with deliberation does not regret.
Allahummah-dinee feeman hadayt, wa'afinee feeman 'afayt, watawallanee feeman tawallayt, wabarik lee feema a'tayt, waqinee sharra ma qadayt, fa-innaka taqdee wala yuqda 'alayk, innahu la yathillu man walayt, [wala ya'izzu man 'adayt], tabarakta rabbana wata'alayt.
O Allah, guide me among those You have guided, grant me well-being among those You have granted well-being, take care of me among those You have taken care of, bless me in what You have given, and protect me from the evil of what You have decreed; for You decree and none decrees against You. Whoever You befriend is never humiliated, and whoever You oppose is never honoured. Blessed are You, our Lord, and exalted.
